Are we 24/7 field triage prepared?

Would the recognition & adoption of a standardized national illuminated color coded system for triaging MCI patients 24/7 contribute towards a patients "Golden Hour" and a responders overall safety & performance? Determining which triage tagging tools contibute the most towards reducing patient collection times & collection errors?

Conducting/supporting a study that compares all currently available triage tagging tools (different styles of paper tags, triage ribbon, reflective slap wrap wrist bands, colored clothes pins, chemical lights, single colored chemlight alternatives, triage lights and paper tags with RFID) in daytime, nighttime and adverse condition scenarios. Responder of the Future Needs to Get There First

In the worst emergencies or disasters the area affected will include flooded villages, raging fires, debris two-stories high just to name a few blockades.
And the village, town or city will be without COMMUNICATION, without ELECTRICITY, without ROADS, without heat, without water, without food, without shelter- with nothing.
