Responder of the Future Needs to Get There First

In the worst emergencies or disasters the area affected will include flooded villages, raging fires, debris two-stories high just to name a few blockades. And the village, town or city will be without COMMUNICATION, without ELECTRICITY, without ROADS, without heat, without water, without food, without shelter- with nothing.
